Every qualifying booking earns you points. As you travel more with Passport to Adventure, you climb tiers, earn faster, and unlock travel credit toward your next adventure. The program is open to all our clients, free to join, and lives in the palm of your hand through our dedicated app.

How much does it cost to join?

Membership in Adventure Rewards is complimentary for all Passport to Adventure clients. There's no enrollment fee and no annual cost. You only need to be 18 or older with accurate contact information.

How do I earn points?

You earn 1 point for every qualifying U.S. dollar spent on commissionable travel bookings made through Passport to Adventure. Points are credited after travel is completed and final payment is received. This protects against changes from cancellations or refunds.

What bookings qualify for points?

Qualifying bookings include cruises, all-inclusive resort packages, luxury vacation packages, group travel, and other commissionable travel arranged through Passport to Adventure. Points are not earned on taxes, fees, airfare-only bookings, or non-commissionable travel components.

How are tiers determined?

Tier status is based on your qualifying spend over a rolling 12-month period. Explorer is the base tier (1x earning). Voyager unlocks at higher activity levels (1.25x earning). Elite is reserved for our most active travelers (1.75x earning). Tier status resets annually based on continued qualifying activity.

How do I redeem points?

Points are redeemed at a rate of 100 points = $1 in travel credit, applied directly toward your next qualifying booking through Passport to Adventure. Redemption can be requested when planning your next trip — your advisor will apply available credit at the time of booking.

Can I redeem points retroactively on a past booking?

No. Travel credit can only be applied to new, future bookings. Points cannot be retroactively applied to trips that have already been booked or completed.

Do points expire?

Points expire after 24 months of inactivity. Inactivity means no qualifying bookings or redemptions during that period. As long as you continue to travel with us or redeem points, your balance stays active.

Is there a referral bonus?

Yes. Members can earn bonus points by referring new clients to Passport to Adventure. Referral rewards are issued only after the referred client completes a qualifying booking and travel is completed. Only one member earns the referral reward per booking, and self-referrals are not permitted.

Can I transfer or sell my points?

Points are non-transferable. They cannot be sold, exchanged, or gifted. Each member maintains their own account, and points stay tied to that account.

What if I cancel a trip after earning points?

Points are only credited after travel is completed and final payment is received. If a trip is cancelled before completion, no points are awarded for that booking. This protects the program from cancellation cycling.

Do I need the app to participate?

The Adventure Rewards app is the easiest way to track your points, view your tier status, and stay updated on member-only promotions — but membership doesn't strictly require app installation. Your advisor can also provide point and tier information when you book.
